# Search the docs

Search the rules, lore, skills, and prompts. Open a match to read its page. Add a query to the URL to open its matches, for example `/search?q=cartridge`.

Search runs in the browser. Agents and scripts call the same capabilities directly:

- the `search` and `read` tools on the [MCP server](/mcp)
- `/api/search` and `/api/read` in the [HTTP API](/openapi.json)
- the [agent guide](/llms.txt) for everything else
